Effective: 9 Nov, 2025

Last Updated: 9 Oct, 2025

IPCON and its global affiliates respect your privacy.

IPCON is a multinational company. As such, the personal information may be collected, processed or accessed by us in countries or regions where you use our products or services, or other countries or regions where we or our affiliates, service providers or vendors, or business partners are located. We always aim to ensure that your personal information will be processed to the extent necessary and only for the necessary purposes in accordance with applicable U.S. privacy legislation and other applicable U.S. privacy laws (hereinafter referred to as “Applicable Law”).

ABOUT THIS NOTICE

This Privacy Notice (“Notice”) applies when you purchase and/or use the IPCON Products or Services.

For the purpose of this Notice, the above products and services are collectively referred to as “IPCON Products and Services”. From time to time, we may develop new or offer additional services or products. Such new products and services will also be subject to this Notice, unless otherwise stated when they are launched by us.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Personal information refers to any type of personal information recorded electronically or otherwise relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, excluding personal information that has been anonymised. We may collect your personal information when you use IPCON Products or Services or interact with us. Different types of information will be collected, depending on the service you use and your interactions with us. In some cases, you may choose not to provide certain data. However, this could prevent us from delivering the related products or services, or it may limit our ability to respond to or help with questions or concerns you may have.

For the avoidance of doubt, when providing you with IPCON Products or Services, we may also collect your personal information for statistical purposes, such as website visits, and product sales volume, to understand how our products and services are used. The preceding statistics results do not constitute personal information, but anonymous information.

The information we collect depends on the context of your interactions with IPCON and the choices you make (including your privacy settings), the products and features you use, your location, and Applicable Law.

The categories of Personal Information we may collect include:

Personal Information that you create or provide to us:

Account Information. When you create an IPCON account, we collect your personal information that we need to create your account and that enables you to use the IPCON Products or Services. This may include your email address, avatar, display name, username, and User ID.

Even if you aren’t signed in to an IPCON Account, you might choose to provide us with personal information — such as your email address — so we can respond to your inquiries or send you important updates about our products and services.

Credentials. We collect passwords (when you create, log in to, or update the password of your IPCON Account), which are stored in hashed form using industry-standard security measures, authenticator key (a random string, when you actively enable two-factor authentication (2FA)), access token (when you register or log in to IPCON’s products and services using your existing Meta, Apple, or Google accounts) and account tokens used to verify your account access for authorized services.

Contact Information. When you request products, services or information from us, participate in activities on our sites and applications, respond to surveys, or otherwise interact with us using one or more devices, we collect your personal information necessary for processing your request. For example, we may process your name, email address, mobile phone number, physical address, ZIP/postal code, and other contact information if necessary, in order to deliver physical goods which you have purchased or requested. When you’re an enterprise customer interacting with us on our sites, we may collect certain information, including your name, business email address, job role, company or organization name and related details, telephone number, region, country, and company size.

Payment Information. When you make a payment for our products or services, we will need to process your payment data. The exact personal data collected and used will vary depending on the payment method. This may include your name, mobile phone number, bank details, payment method type (credit or debit); if you use a debit or credit card, the card type, expiration date, and certain digits of your card number (Note: For security, we never collect or store your full card number); details of your payment history or other payment related information.

Transaction Information. When you purchase or request products or services from IPCON, we may process your other personal information, including product details (in particular price, description, specifications, quantity, and images), transaction details (in particular payment method, delivery address, delivery method), as well as any information required for shipment tracking and paying for services provided by service providers.

Messages. We collect the content of the messages you send and receive through our services, along with the associated metadata (such as the time the message was sent, received, or read, as well as the participants in the communication).

Personal Information We Collect When You Use IPCON Products and Services

When you use IPCON Products or Services, we will collect your device information and data about how you and your device interact with our products and services. Such information may include:

Usage Information. When you use our products or services, we record the applications and features you use, as well as the actions you take within them.

For example, we may collect:

General Usage Data. When you visit our websites, we may collect usage, viewing, technical, and device data. This may include browser or device type, device name, unique device identifier, IP address, or cookies. To learn more, please read our Cookie Policy.

Online Community Usage Data. When you use our online community services, we collect personal information about your activities, including but not limited to posts, topics, replies, comments, reads, ratings, votes, likes, topic categories, tag preferences (e.g., sections created or followed by you), collections, messages, reports, copyright claims, feedback, and interactions such as uploading, downloading, deleting, and device-related operations.

Surveys, Research, and Promotions Data. In connection with your participation in a survey, research, promotion, contest, marketing campaign, or event conducted or sponsored by us, we will process your personal information, which is necessary for such events. Depending on the type of event, this can be your first and last name, contact details (such as email address), or any other information required to meet the participation criteria. If the event includes prizes or coupons, you may be required to provide your physical address and other information needed to deliver the prize (such as a bank account number or email address).

Communications or Interactions Data. In your communication with us, we process personal information that is necessary to communicate with you, e.g., to provide automatic answers to your questions and to complete your requests. Regarding your use of contact forms, we process the contact details required to communicate with you (for example, to answer your question) and to meet your request. These can include your country/region, nature and description of the issue, supporting photo or video (optional), and any associated assistant troubleshooting data.

Fraud and Abuse Prevention Information. To enhance the safety and reliability of our services, we collect certain personal information. This personal information is used to verify your identity and to detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, security risks, and technical issues that may affect IPCON, our users, or the broader public.

We may receive personal information about you from third-party sources.

This includes website activity data through tracking technologies, transaction information from retail partners, advertising interaction data, and account details when you use social login services to access our platform.

Here are some examples of personal information we receive about you:

Single Sign-On: We may provide you with the ability to log in to our services using certain third-party accounts you maintain. For example, when you register for or log in to IPCON Products and Services using your Meta, Apple, or Google accounts. When you use these single sign-on protocols, we do not receive your login credentials for the relevant third-party service. Instead, we receive access tokens to help identify you in our system (such as by your username) and confirm you have successfully authenticated. This information allows us to more easily provide you access to our products and services.

Business Partners: When you purchase our products from a third-party platform outside of the IPCON Store, the platform may share certain personal information about you (for example, your Transaction Information) with us for the purposes of connecting you with us for the provision of products and services.

The ads you see and how you interact with them: We will use Business Tools (e.g., Meta and Google) and other technologies to help us understand and measure how people are using our products and services and how well their ads are working. For example, we might implement a Business Tool, like the Meta Pixel, on the IPCON Websites. These cookies identify browsers for businesses using our Meta Products for the purposes of providing advertising and site analytics services. To learn more, please read our Cookie Policy.

Other relevant information from third-party service providers that help us deliver, improve, or secure our services, including publicly available sources or third-party data providers.

HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We use the personal information we collect to provide you with better services, as well as for the other purposes detailed below.

Here are the ways we use your personal information:

  1. Provide our Products and Services

We use information to operate our products and provide you with rich, interactive experiences.

Examples of how we use your personal information to deliver our services include:

1.1 Account Registration and Management

We use your personal information to register and maintain your IPCON Account and enable you to use the IPCON Products or Services.

To use some functionalities available on IPCON, you are required to register in accordance with the TOU, unless a separate notice explicitly permits use without registration or logging in.

In some cases, we use your Credentials and user ID to help us authenticate you as the person who should have access to your IPCON Account.

For example, we offer 2FA to make sure that you’re the only person who can access your IPCON account. If you wish to activate 2FA for your IPCON Account, you can enable this feature through our website: Go to ipconpolymer.com > sign in to your IPCON Account > profile setting > Tap Turn On 2FA. When you use 2FA, we receive and use device name, Credentials, and User ID.

1.2 Handling of User’s Transactions

We collect your personal information when you purchase physical products, virtual products, or services from us to process, fulfil, and deliver your order and perform our contractual obligations, including providing support in connection with our products or services.

1.2.1 Tax Exemption Verification

To process your orders and ensure compliance with applicable tax laws, we may collect and use certain personal data to verify your eligibility for tax exemptions. This information may include, for example, tax identification number or VAT number, company name and registration details, and certain Contact Information.

The data collected is used only to verify your eligibility for tax exemptions, ensure accurate billing and payment processing related to your transactions with us, and comply with applicable tax laws and regulatory requirements. This data will not be used for any other purposes or shared with any third parties without your separate consent.

1.3 Provision of Technical and Customer Support Services

When you contact the IPCON customer support team or use our contact tools (including the IPCON contact form), we process your personal information as necessary to provide technical and customer support services. This provision includes:

  • Responding to your support enquiries and providing requested assistance;
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing product issues you report;
  • Supporting the conclusion of sales contracts as part of platform transactions.
  1. Programs, Competitions, Promotional Campaigns

From time to time, IPCON runs competitions or promotional campaigns. Such events may also consist of making content or services available in return for providing your personal information or giving your explicit consent to their processing. If you decide to take part in an event of that kind, your personal information (such as the necessary contact details) may be used by IPCON to organize the competition in an efficient way, for example, to notify the winner. Contact details of users taking part in the events voluntarily are processed by IPCON in compliance with the Applicable Law and for the purposes of such events.

If you take part in a program, competition, or promotional campaign, your personal information may be used by IPCON. However, more specific rules for processing personal information may be set out in dedicated event terms and conditions.

  1. Marketing Activities

We may use your personal information for marketing activities, including where you have consented to receive marketing communications or where we make content or services available to you in exchange for your agreement to receive promotional materials.

  • displaying marketing content not customized to your preferences on the sites, applications or products (contextual advertising);
  • displaying marketing content customized to your preferences, including customization of listing categories or individual offers on IPCON settings or settings of third-party services based on your activity on IPCON (behavioral advertising). Your personal information, including personal information collected by means of cookies and other similar technologies, are then processed by IPCON and third parties for marketing purposes. For more information, see Cookie Policy;
  • carrying out other activities related to the direct marketing of goods and services (sending of commercial information by electronic means or other marketing activities) through various electronic communication channels, including email and push messages.
  1. Analytical and Statistical Activities and Surveys

We may process personal information collected through cookies and similar technologies for analytical and statistical purposes depending on the user’s explicit consent to the storage of this personal information in the user’s terminal device. For more information, see Cookie Policy. We may conduct analytical and statistical activities and surveys, including creating aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you (which information we may use for purposes outside the scope of this Privacy Notice), and to better understand our user base and demographics.

We may also contact you via email to invite you to review any products and services you received. You can opt out of receiving review invitations at any time using the unsubscribe link in our email.

If you choose to submit a review through our Trustpilot integration, we will share your name, email address, and reference number with Trustpilot A/S based on your consent when submitting the review. Your review, including your name and feedback, will be displayed publicly on both our website and Trustpilot’s platform.

By submitting a review, you consent to this public display and data sharing. You can withdraw this consent by contacting Trustpilot directly to remove your review. For information about Trustpilot’s data handling, see their Privacy Policy. You can opt out of review invitations at any time. For published reviews, please note that we are unable to directly delete or modify them; you must contact Trustpilot directly for removal or modification.

  1. Protect IPCON, our Users, and the Public

We use personal information to help improve the safety and reliability of our services, including detecting, preventing, and responding to fraud, abuse, security risks, and technical issues that could harm IPCON, our users, or the public.

Intellectual Property Protection

When you report content that you believe violates your IP rights, we collect your legal name, email address, phone number, physical address, electronic signature, and relevant information to assess your request under applicable intellectual property law. This processing ensures transparency, improves accountability, and prevents abuse and fraud in IP reporting practices.

Abuse Detection

We use various technologies to process your personal information for safety purposes, including:

  • Analysing content to detect abuse such as illegal material.
  • Identifying security risks and fraudulent behaviour.

Enforcement Actions

When we detect illegal content or other forms of abuse violating our platform policies, we may disable your account or take other appropriate action. In certain circumstances, we may report violations to appropriate authorities.

The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interests. Our legitimate interests include:

  • Protecting the safety and security of our platform and users.
  • Preventing fraud, abuse, and illegal activity.
  • Enforcing intellectual property rights and platform policies.
  • Maintaining public safety and legal compliance.

We have balanced these interests against your fundamental rights and freedoms and determined they do not override your privacy rights, considering the protective nature of this processing and the safeguards we implement.

HOW TO ACCESS AND CONTROL YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

You can make choices about the collection and use of your information by IPCON. You can control your personal information that IPCON has obtained, and exercise your information protection rights, by contacting IPCON or using various tools we provide. In some cases, your ability to access or control your personal information will be limited, as required or permitted by Applicable Law. How you can access or control your personal information will also depend on which products you use.

For example, you can choose whether you wish to receive promotional emails and telephone calls from IPCON.

Email Communication Preferences. If you receive promotional email from us and would like to opt out, you can do so by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link provided in such communications. You may not opt out of service-related communications (e.g., transactional communications, changes or updates to features of the service, or technical and security notices).

Push Notification Preferences. You can stop receiving push notifications from us by changing your preferences in your device’s notification settings menu or in the applicable service-specific application. Please note we do not have any control over your device’s notifications settings and are not responsible if they do not function as intended.

Direct Mailing Preferences. You can stop receiving promotional direct mail communications from us by contacting us at privacy@ipconpolymer.com. Please note that this opt-out does not affect any mailings that are controlled by third parties that may feature or mention our services.

Not all personal information processed by IPCON can be accessed or controlled via the tools above. If you want to access or control personal information processed by IPCON that is not available via the tools above or directly through the IPCON products you use, you can always contact IPCON by sending an email to privacy@ipconpolymer.com.

You can access and control your personal information that IPCON has obtained by contacting us. For instance:

  • If IPCON obtained your consent to use your personal information, you can withdraw that consent at any time by following the instructions provided when your consent was requested or by contacting us as set forth in the Our Contact Information section below.
  • Modifying or Deleting Your Personal Information. You can request access to, erasure of, and updates to your personal information. If you have any questions about reviewing, modifying, or deleting your personal information, you can contact us directly at privacy@ipconpolymer.com. We may not be able to modify or delete your personal information in all circumstances.
  • If you’d like to port your data elsewhere, you can contact IPCON for assistance.

You can access and control your personal information that IPCON has obtained, and exercise your data protection rights, using various tools we provide. The tools most useful to you will depend on our interactions with you and your use of our products. Here is a general list of tools we provide to help you control your personal information; specific products may provide additional controls.

  • IPCON Account. If you wish to access, edit, or remove the profile information in your IPCON account, change your password or close your account, you can do so by visiting the Profile Setting on the IPCON Websites.
  • IPCON Stores. You can access your account information and manage your address by visiting the IPCON Store and selecting Account Center.
  • Automatic Data Collection Preferences. Our websites may provide you the ability to adjust your preferences in relation to some of our “cookies”. This control is for the specific website you are visiting for the specific device and browser you are using at that time, which means you will need to change your preferences on each device and browser you use to interact with the specific website you are visiting or where you clear your cookies on that device’s browser.

You may also be able to utilize third-party tools and features to further restrict our use of cookies or similar technologies. For example, (i) most browsers allow you to change browser settings to limit such technologies on websites, (ii) most email providers allow you to prevent the automatic downloading of images in emails that may contain such technologies, and (iii) many devices allow you to change your device settings to limit such technologies for device applications. Blocking such technologies through third-party tools and features may negatively impact your experience using our services, as some features and offerings may not work properly or at all. Depending on the third-party tool or feature you use, you may not be able to block all such technologies, or you may need to update your preferences on multiple devices or browsers. We do not have any control over these third-party tools and features and are not responsible if they do not function as intended.

  • Third-Party Tracking and Online Advertising. We may permit third party ad networks, social media companies, and other third-party services to collect information about visitor browsing behavior through cookies, social plug-ins, or other tracking technologies. We may also permit third-party online advertising networks to collect information about your use of our website over time so that they may play or display ads that may be relevant to your interests on our service as well as on other websites or services. Typically, the information is collected through a variety of automatic data collection technologies, including cookies, web beacons, pixels, embedded scripts, mobile SDKs, location-identifying technologies and logging technologies.

In addition to taking the steps set forth in the Automatic Data Collection Preferences section above, you may be able to further exercise control over the advertisements that you see by leveraging one or more targeted advertising opt-out programs. For example:

  • Device-Specific Opt-Out Programs. Certain devices provide individuals the option to turn off targeted advertising for the entire device (such as Apple devices through their App Tracking Transparency framework or Android devices through their opt out of ads personalization feature). Please refer to your device manufacturer’s user guides for additional information about implementing any available device-specific targeted advertising opt-outs.
  • Digital Advertising Alliance. The Digital Advertising Alliance allows individuals to opt out of receiving online interest-based targeted advertisements from companies that participate in their program. Please follow the instructions at https://optout.aboutads.info/?c=2&lang=EN for browser-based advertising to opt out of targeted advertising carried out by our third-party partners and other third parties that participate in the Digital Advertising Alliance’s self-regulatory program.
  • Platform-Specific Opt-Out Programs.  Certain third-party platforms provide individuals the option to turn off targeted advertising for the entire platform (such as certain social media platforms). Please refer to your platform provider’s user guides for additional information about implementing any available platform-specific targeted advertising opt-outs.

Please note that when you opt out of receiving interest-based advertisements through one of these programs, this does not mean you will no longer see advertisements from us or on our services. Instead, it means that the online ads you do see from relevant program participants should not be based on your interests. We are not responsible for the effectiveness of, or compliance with, any third parties’ opt-out options or programs or the accuracy of their statements regarding their programs. In addition, program participants may still use automatic data collection technologies to collect information about your use of our services, including for analytics and fraud prevention as well as any other purpose permitted under the applicable advertising industry program.

  • Partner-Specific Preferences. Certain of our third-party providers and partners offer additional ways that you may exercise control over your personal information, or automatically impose limitations on the way we can use personal information in connection with the services they provide:
  • Device-Specific / Platform-Specific Preferences. The device or platform you use to interact with us (such as your mobile device or social media provider), may provide you additional choices regarding the personal information you choose to share with us. For example, many mobile devices allow you to change your device permissions to prevent our products and services from accessing certain types of information from your device (such as your contact lists or precise geolocation data), and many social media platforms allow you to change your platform permissions to prevent integrated products and services from accessing certain types of information connected with your profile. Please refer to your device or platform provider’s user guides for additional information about implementing any available platform-specific targeted advertising opt-outs.
  • Google Analytics. Google Analytics allows us to better understand how our customers interact with our services. For information on how Google Analytics collects and processes data, as well as how you can control information sent to Google, review Google’s website here: www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/. You can learn about Google Analytics’ currently available opt-outs, including the Google Analytics Browser Add-On here: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout/. We may also utilize certain forms of display advertising and other advanced features through Google Analytics. These features enable us to use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookie) and third-party cookies (such as the DoubleClick advertising cookie) or other third-party cookies together to inform, optimize, and display ads based on your past visits to our services. You may control your advertising preferences or opt-out of certain Google advertising products by visiting the Google Ads Preferences Manager, currently available at https://myadcenter.google.com/?ref=help-center.

SHARING TOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may share your personal information that we have collected or generated through your use of the IPCON Products and Services in the following ways:

  1. When you share your personal information

Many of our services let you share personal information with other people, and you have control over how you share it. For example, the following personal information that you share publicly is available on the IPCON Websites (except to any user you have blocked):

  • your profile name;
  • your profile photo;
  • content you post on the IPCON Platforms and any associated titles, details, descriptions and images;

You can share certain personal information to third party platforms, like social media or messaging platforms. This includes:

  • your profile information;
  • any content you post on IPCON Platforms and details about that content.

To ensure a smooth user experience, IPCON Products or Services may contain links to third-party websites, products, and services. We do not have control over third-party websites, products, and services, but you can choose whether to access these links or share personal information on third party platforms. IPCON also has no control over the privacy or data protection policies of the third parties, as such third parties are not bound by this Notice. Before sharing or submitting personal information to third parties, please read and refer to their privacy or data protection policies.

  1. When IPCON shares your Personal Information

From time to time, in order to provide IPCON Products or Services to you and to achieve the purposes as stated in the How We Use Your Personal Information section, we may share your personal information with other IPCON affiliated companies and third-party service providers. This may include:

IPCON Affiliated Companies. We may share your personal information with our affiliated companies or grant them access to your personal information to provide IPCON Products or Services to you, or to fulfill our contractual and legal obligations. For example, some of the systems through which we provide IPCON Products or Services are operated by our affiliated companies; some of our affiliated companies also provide supporting or maintenance services to our Products and Services. Please see the name list of all the IPCON affiliated companies here.

Business partners. We may share your information with third parties that partner with us to help provide our services. For example, we engage Trustpilot to help collect your feedback on our product offerings; you can refer to the Trustpilot privacy notice here. As another example, in the IPCON Partner Programme, we permit the resellers (“IPCON Partners”) to sell our products via their online channels or offline channels.

  • When you order our products through IPCON Partners, the products are generally delivered by the relevant IPCON partner. To fulfill the transaction between you and IPCON Partners, the IPCON Partners will process your personal information as the data controller. For more information on how the IPCON Partners will process your personal information, please refer to these IPCON Partners’ own privacy policy. You can usually find their privacy policy on their website homepage. IPCON is not responsible for personal information processing activities conducted by IPCON Partners mentioned above.
  • Nevertheless, when you purchase our products through IPCON Partners’ online or offline channels, IPCON is still the data controller regarding processing some of your personal information, including without limitation the Account Information, or Usage Information for the purposes described in the How We Use Your Personal Information section.
  • When you require IPCON Partners to provide customer support service, we may share the personal information we collect from you with IPCON Partners for the purpose of responding to your requests. For such personal information, IPCON, as the data controller, will ensure that IPCON Partners will only process them as per IPCON’s instruction.

Service Providers or Vendors. We engage service providers or vendors to manage or support certain aspects of our business operations or IPCON Products or Services on our behalf. These service providers or vendors may be located in the US or other countries/regions, and they may provide services such as payment processing, customer support, order fulfillment, product delivery, advertising and marketing activities, personalized services, technical services, data hosting, or customer satisfaction surveys. More information about our service providers or partners can be found here.

  1. Other Conditions as Required by Applicable Law

We will share personal information outside of IPCON as required by law or subpoena or if we have a good-faith belief that disclosure of the personal information is reasonably necessary to:

  • Comply with any Applicable Law, regulation or legal process.
  • Enforce applicable Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations.
  • Detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues.
  • Protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of IPCON, our users, or the public.

We may share non-personally identifiable information publicly and with our partners — like publishers, advertisers, developers, or rights holders. For example, we share information publicly to show trends about the general use of our services. We also allow specific partners to collect information from your browser or device for advertising and measurement purposes using their own cookies or similar technologies.

Your Rights Under U.S. State Privacy Laws. Depending on your state of residency and subject to certain legal limitations and exceptions, you may be able to exercise additional rights granted by applicable law in relation to the personal information about you that we have collected. Please see the Additional U.S.-State Specific Disclosures below for additional information regarding these rights and other information under the U.S. state privacy laws.

DATA RETENTION

We keep your personal information only for the period necessary to provide you with IPCON Products or Services and for achieving IPCON’s legitimate and essential business purposes, such as making data-driven business decisions about new features and offerings, complying with our legal obligations, or resolving disputes.

We apply retention periods across the following key categories:

  • Data Retained until Request Us to Remove It. It’s your right to request that we delete certain of your personal information. For example, we will retain your Surveys, Research, and Promotions Data until you withdraw consent or opt-out, and for up to 6 months thereafter to honor your preferences and comply with marketing regulations.
  • Data that Expires after a Specific Period of Time. We have set certain retention periods so that some data expires or will be deleted or deidentified after a specific period of time. For example, we will retain your Financial information and Transaction Information for the duration required by financial regulations (typically 5-7 years) and as necessary for tax compliance, dispute resolution, and fraud prevention.
  • Data Retained until Your Account is Deleted. Specifically, we will retain your Account Information and Credentials while your account is active and for up to 2 years after account closure to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud. For more info, please refer to What Happens After You Delete Your IPCON Account.
  • Data Retained for Extended Time Periods for Limited Purposes. Specifically, we will retain your Communications or Interactions Data for operational purposes including security, system improvement, and legal compliance, typically for 3 years unless longer retention is required by law.

DATA SECURITY

We use certain physical, organizational, and technical security measures that are designed to improve the integrity and security of personal information that we collect and maintain. We use cryptographic technologies to ensure the confidentiality of data transmission and storage, and implement reliable protection mechanisms to protect data from attacks. We deploy access control mechanisms to prevent unauthorized access to your personal information. In addition, we limit the number of authorised personnel and implement hierarchical permission management based on service requirements and personnel levels. Access to personal information will be logged and reviewed by authorised personnel on a regular basis.

However, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable and no system is ever completely secure, thus we cannot and do not guarantee the security of your personal information.

It’s your responsibility to only allow individuals to use your account where you’re comfortable sharing your personal information with them. Anyone else’s use of your IPCON Account may impact your personalized settings and be included in your data records. To protect your user account and privacy, we encourage you to:

  • use a strong password which you only use for your IPCON Account, and it is strongly recommended that you enable 2FA for added security;
  • never share your password with anyone else;
  • limit access to your own computer and browser;
  • log out each time you finish using the IPCON Products and Services in a shared or public environment.

For any inquiries or concerns regarding security, please contact us via security@ipconpolymer.com.

CHILDREN

IPCON Products or Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. We will not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13 when providing IPCON Products or Services.

If you are under 13 years old, please do not provide any of your personal information to us either directly or by other means. If we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete relevant personal information in a timely manner after we realize it. If you believe we might have collected personal information from a child under 13, please contact us at privacy@ipconpolymer.com to request that we remove the personal information from our systems.

CHANGES TO THIS NOTICE

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. When we update the Privacy Notice, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of the new Privacy Notice. If we make material changes to this Privacy Notice, we will notify individuals by email at their registered email address, prominently post the Privacy Notice on this website or our other platforms, or provide any other notice required by applicable law. We recommend that you review the Privacy Notice each time you visit the Platform to stay informed of our privacy practices. Please also visit our website and read this Notice regularly to check any changes.
